RoyalAire Mechanical Services has immediate opening for an experienced and motivated Commercial Field Plumber Supervisor in the Greater Tampa Bay area! Why choose RoyalAire? We service all types of systems from chilled water to refrigeration systems through service contracts, preventative maintenance agreements, and on-call service repairs. We also provide indoor air quality testing and duct cleaning services. Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes. Coordinate workflow, materials, and equipment with project managers and other trades. Conduct daily job site inspections and safety meetings. Oversee coordination and installation of piping systems, fixtures, backflow prevention, and other plumbing components. Train and mentor plumbing staff and apprentices. Track labor hours, materials used, and progress reporting. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently. Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, standards, and company policies. Attend and represent RoyalAire in project specific meetings. (Safety, CM, Coordination, etc.) What You'll Need: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or plumbing license preferred. Minimum [10+] years of supervisory experience. Supervising crew sizes up to 15+. Clean driving record, criminal record and drug test. Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems. Proficiency in reading construction documents and interpreting plans. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
