Experience with QuickBooks and accrual accounting is required. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and maintains confidentiality at all times.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Data entry and financial recordkeeping Manage and maintain QuickBooks accounts Breakdown and tracking of all job costing for projects Prepare P&L statements and financial reports Perform cash flow management Process payroll functions Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform account reconciliations Assist the Controller with administrative duties Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes Key Competencies Strong communication skills Efficient information gathering and management Persuasive and adaptable Initiative and tenacity High energy level and self-motivation Dependable and organized CompensationSalary range: $45,000 – $55,000 per year, depending on experience.Advancement OpportunitiesThis role offers growth potential within a rapidly expanding company.Powered by JazzHR
