What you'll do as Assistant Branch Manager at CFCU: Champion member relationships. Meet with members to understand their financial goals, and match them with the right products and services that support their long-term success. Lead with purpose. Help coach and support deposit, lending, and member service functions while leading by example to consistently deliver exceptional experiences. Empower financial well-being. Open and support accounts-checking, savings, IRAs, and more-while providing lending solutions tailored to member needs. Grow your career. Work alongside the branch manager to develop your coaching, leadership, and operational skills. Engage in the community. Represent CFCU locally and build lasting connections that demonstrate the cooperative difference. Deliver hands-on service. From teller transactions to loans, step in where needed to ensure members always experience the highest level of care. What we're looking for: Associate's Degree in banking, business, management, or a related field 2+ years of banking, member service and/or sales experience Exceptional verbal communication skills, as well as advanced ability to multi-task, prioritize, stay organized, and follow up Familiarity with Microsoft office suite, as well as web-based software and financial services platforms Passion for providing outstanding service to our members - internal and external Branch Hours: Drive-up: Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Lobby: Mon-Wed 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Thu-Fri 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.; Sat 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. This position follows our branch hours, including a rotating Saturday schedule.
