Our values-Execute, Protect, Improve, and Character-drive every job we do.The RoleWe're hiring Commercial Electrical Foremen who command quality, safety, and efficiency to lead our Commercial Electrical Projects in the Roanoke Valley.What You'll Do: Supervise personnel completing electrical building projects Assign tasks, inspect electricians' work, monitor team performance, read blueprints, make sure quality standards are respected, and handle customer relations Pull electrical wiring through electrical conduit. Hook up/terminate electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices. You Bring: Experience in managing/leading the production of commercial electrical installs for mult-million dollar projects Experience in cutting, bending, threading and running 1/2" & 3/4", 1" electrical conduit materials Experience bending offsets, 3 points, 4 points, saddles, kicks, 90's, etc. Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to instruct and teach the above tasks Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Experience with computers and technology; Smartsheet, Procore, Bluebeam i.e. Journeyman or Master card preferred Benefits that Matter: Moore's is 100% employee owned; become an owner with our ESOP plan 401K Retirement Plan including a match of $.50 on the dollar up to 6% Health, dental, and vision insurance with a Health Savings Account option Short and Long Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Maternity & paternity leave Industry leading vacation policy; earn up to 5 weeks of PTO Additional paid time off by working safely And more!
