React/Nodejs Developer

Position Title: React & Node.js developerExperience Required: 4 Years exp in React & NodeJS developerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior React/Node.js Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience building scalable, high‑performance web applications. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer who excels in designing clean front-end experiences using React and delivering efficient backend services using Node.js.You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, lead technical discussions, and drive best practices in architecture, performance optimization, and code quality.Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend (React) Develop responsive, high‑performance UI components using React.js, React Hooks, and TypeScript. Architect modular and reusable component libraries following best UI/UX and frontend engineering standards. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience. Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services. Implement state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API. Backend (Node.js) Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js (Express.js / NestJS). Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Develop microservices and event‑driven architecture using message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, etc.). Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of backend services. General Engineering Participate in system architecture design and technical decision‑making. Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.). Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid‑level developers. Work closely with DevOps to deploy and monitor applications (Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes). Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications 4 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development. Expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. Strong experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and API security. Strong knowledge of database design and querying (SQL & NoSQL). Experience with Git, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Understanding of performance optimization techniques (frontend and backend). Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills.
