Assembly - Friday, Saturday, Sunday 1st Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembly to join their team. As an Assembly, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: AssemblyLocation: Hamilton, OHPay Range: $17-$19/hr plus $3 shift differential (depending on experience)Shift: M-Th 4pm-2am OT FridaysWhat's the Job? Assemble connector components according to detailed specifications and work instructions Read and interpret assembly diagrams and part lists to ensure accuracy Use hand tools and small equipment to fit, fasten, and secure parts Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with standards Complete required documentation, including production and quality check forms What's Needed? Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders accurately Strong attention to detail to ensure components are assembled to exact specifications Comfort using hand tools and basic power tools for assembly tasks Skill in performing quality checks and completing required documentation Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts and components What's in it for me?
