responsible for full life cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening, and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external)This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all general job functions and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practicesUnder the direction of Manager, Talent Acquisition, partners with hiring managers and to identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organizationThis role will manage a high-volume requisition load of approximately 50 open requisitions at a time, partnering closely with hiring managers to prioritize roles, maintain timely communication, and ensure an efficient, mission-aligned hiring processScreens applications, administers appropriate pre-screening process, and selects qualified candidateSchedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materialsManages the online interview scheduling processAssists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholdersEnsures compliance in the interview processDelivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings as assigned and extends verbal and written contingent job offersServes as an expert for recruiting candidates for assigned contractsUses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidatesKeeps current with sourcing strategies and industry trendsResearch and source active and passive candidates using tools such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn recruiter, X-ray, EDD, data mining, etcAssists with job posting and advertisement processesCreates and manages job advertisements for assigned positions in addition to managing posting of advertising internally and externally to ensure high visibility with potential candidatesManage the job offers including negotiation and administration through offer executionManages internal transfer process, including coordination of interviews with hiring manager and People Operations Manager, transfer offer letters, etcFollows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting processDevelops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal hiring stakeholders to ensure achievement of hiring goalsnCommunicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, etc.)Communicate company's core values and culture to potential candidates from interview to offerEnsures regulatory aspects of Amity recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislationManages current candidate activity and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policyCoordinates with People Operations to create and distribute assigned weekly recruitment reports for leadership contractors etc.,Travel locally for job fairs, campus visits and other recruitment events on as needed basisAttend workshops, meetings, and trainings as requested by supervisorMay serve as Community Advocate role in addition to job as requested by community leadershipPerforms other related duties as assignedRemains in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periodsRepeats motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingersUses all types of vision, such as close
