Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health Location: New Port Richey Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 8 hour shifts Weekend Work: None On Call: No The Role Recovery Specialist is responsible for: Work as an integral member of the Role Recovery Team planning, doing assessment, linkage, monitoring, and advocacy in the areas of housing, employment, psychosocial rehabilitation, and case management for adults receiving Role Recovery services. Possesses a clear understanding of the service delivery systems in accordance with regulations and district policy for persons receiving Role Recovery services. Effectively maintains and manages assigned primary caseload documentation contingent on needs, strengths, abilities, barriers, and preferences of the person served. Provide 24-hour crisis intervention as scheduled. Travel and transportation of persons served is required. Perform other duties as assigned.
