We have a job opening for a Flat Rate Body Shop Tech at our Belle Vernon Location.  We are expanding to a new location in New Alexandria which has created a job opening at our very busy high volume Belle Vernon Collision Center. But, as customers, employees, and friends will tell you, it’s the focus on family that sets C Harper Auto Group in a class by itself.  If you are in the collision industry and looking for a place that is more than just fixing cars, then we are here for you.   Responsibilities: Examines damaged vehicle and efficiently plans repair process.Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost and cycle time.Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle and fenders.Participates in all required safety meetings.Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools. Requirements: Solid working knowledge of the processes, techniques and materials used in repairing automotive equipment with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in the collision repair arenaMust have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policyAbility to use frame machine is a plusCertification in body repair preferred.Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.I-CAR certifications a plusSkill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.WeldingStructural repairSome mechanical repair knowledge Pay Range : Based upon Experience $60k-$120k with even more unlimited potential for high production technicians.  Why Choose C.
