Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled TIG Welder with experience working on stainless steel and small‑precision components . This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, consistency, and producing clean, high‑quality welds. You’ll be part of a team that supports advanced manufacturing operations, contributing to products that demand accuracy and durability.Welding & Fabrication Perform high‑precision TIG welding on stainless steel components, primarily small parts and assemblies. Set up welding equipment, fixtures, and materials according to job specifications. Ensure welds meet dimensional, cosmetic, and structural requirements. Maintain consistent bead appearance, penetration, and weld quality across varying part sizes. Quality & Inspection Read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions. Inspect completed welds for defects such as porosity, cracks, undercut, or distortion. Perform basic finishing operations such as grinding, deburring, and polishing when required. Work closely with quality and production teams to resolve issues and maintain standards. Production Support Assist with fitting, assembly, and preparation of parts prior to welding. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures. Track work performed and complete required documentation accurately. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in welding processes and workflow. Qualifications 4+ years of TIG welding experience, preferably with stainless steel. Strong ability to weld small, thin‑gauge components with precision. Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding weld symbols. Steady hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines. Familiarity with basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Work EnvironmentThe weld role is situated within a manufacturing plant environment, where the noise level is usually moderate.
