Minimum QualificationsThree years of experience in administrative services.EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.Job SpecificationThe official job specifications for this role, as defined by the State Civil Service, can be foundhere (.Job Duties and Other InformationJob Duties:Administrative Coordinator includes: provides an array of administrative support functions to clients and professional staff, such as admissions, medical records, property management, mail, and safety. responsible for all issues regarding the building and the building lease. communicates with the Landlord and maintenance workers (plumbers, electricians, HVAC engineers, etc.) as needed and keeps the clinic manager fully informed of such. interfaces with the Office of Telecommunications and assures all telephone systems are working and maintained properly. works closely with the AAHSD Centralized Billing Unit.
