Model e is customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial, and data-driven, dedicated to delivering an industry-leading experience for electric vehicle buyers and owners. Our Model e Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team supports the Model e CFO and Corporate Finance through the consolidation and analysis of Forecasts, Earnings, and Business Plans. This role serves as a key liaison with cross-functional partners to analyze the factors impacting our business.This is a fast-paced, highly visible position offering significant opportunities for meaningful analysis, executive presentation, and professional networking.What you'll do... Financial Consolidation: Consolidate Global Model e financials for corporate reporting (monthly actuals/forecasts, quarterly earnings, and annual budgets), identifying and communicating key business insights Systems & Data Management: Serve as a lead for financial reporting systems; input, reconcile, and analyze data including Profit Matrix and Vehicle Line Income Statements to ensure financials align with key physicals Cross-Functional Liaison: Build strong relationships across the organization to reconcile management schedules, explain variances, and identify Risks and Opportunities (R&Os) Executive Support: Prepare and present comprehensive backup materials and financial deep-dives for Model e Leadership Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support high-priority projects including Quarterly Earnings prep, Investor Relations inquiries, Capital Markets Day, and Global Leadership reviews Continuous Improvement: Proactively simplify processes, eliminate waste, and implement workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency You'll have... Bachelors degree At least 5 years of related experience Experience in operational analysis, profit analysis, and financial forecasting Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and sound business acumen A proactive self-starter who thrives in "white space" (ambiguous) environments and maintains a continuous improvement mentality Even better, you may have...
