Job Summary: Desire Home Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Field Nurse (LVN) to join our team as a shift healthcare employee. This individual contributor role will be based in the Riverside, Fontana, and Murrieta areas and will involve providing healthcare services to patients with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in the comfort of patients' homes. As an LVN Home Health Shift Nurse, you will be responsible for providing treatment, medication administration, and supervision according to their specific health needs, while also adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards.
