Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate Part-Time Hospice Aide / CNA to provide high-quality patient care in homes and care facilities.Schedule Part-time Monday, Wednesday, Friday Position SummaryThe Hospice Aide works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide personal care services to hospice patients in accordance with the individualized plan of care.Qualifications Current state certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide Hospice, home health, or home care experience preferred Valid CPR certification Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance Ability to travel within the local service area Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Responsibilities Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal assistance Follow the established plan of care Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Maintain accurate and timely documentation Comply with hospice regulations, policies, and procedures Participate in required training and team meetings Benefits 401(k) retirement plan Mileage reimbursement Consistent part-time schedule Supportive clinical leadership Focus on quality patient care and teamwork Position Titles May Include: Hospice Aide, Hospice CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), CHHA, Nursing Assistant, Hospice Aide/CNA
