Dental Hygiene Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygiene Coordinator to join our high-end dental practice. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for filling and managing the scheduling of dental hygiene appointments, ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible. Responsibilities: Schedule and confirm appointments for dental hygienists. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and hygiene needs. Maintain accurate patient records and digital files. Support front office staff with administrative duties as needed. Proactively reach out to re-engage past patients for their hygiene needs. Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday  8:45 - 5 Friday - 8:45 - 2:30 Saturdays (2-3 per month):  7:45 - 2:30 Paid overtime when you go over 40 hours. #IND2 Requirements Qualifications: Experience in a dental office setting. Comfortable working on the phone. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in dental practice management software. Basic knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient care.
