Dispatch Scheduling Coordinator

SERVPRO® Team Fosdick is the leading fire, water, and reconstruction company in Northeast Ohio. With 13 thriving franchise locations, we are rapidly growing—and we’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Dispatcher & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating schedules, supporting mitigation teams, and ensuring top-notch service from the very first call.Key Responsibilities:Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly mannerAccurately document customer information into company systemsSchedule initial inspections with customers and mitigation teamsAdjust and update schedules as needed to meet customer and operational needsManage customer service issues and resolutionConduct follow-up customer service calls to ensure customer satisfactionPerform file audits to ensure accuracy and completion of documentationCommunicate changes and updates promptly to management, customers, and team membersProvide after-hours phone support on a rotating basis (nights + weekends)Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior customer service experience (restoration, construction, or service industry preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management and organizational abilitiesProfessional phone presence with patience and active listening skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWillingness to participate in rotating on-call scheduleBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Vacation & HolidaysLife + Voluntary Life Insurance401(k) with Company MatchSupportive, team-oriented, and casual office environmentJoin a company that makes a difference when customers need it most.
