As a sign professional, you will play a vital role in driving results to meet challenging company goals and client expectations with signs of the highest quality.We are seeking a creative and detail-driven signage design and wayfinding expert to join our turn-key sign manufacturing team. This role blends design thinking with real-world production knowledge - transforming branded environments into tangible, buildable signage solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving designs from concept through to production, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners, and with clients to deliver their signage needs. From concept through fabrication, you will design impactful environmental graphics, wayfinding systems, dimensional signage, and architectural branding elements that elevate client spaces. Your work will move from sketch... to skyline.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Development Develop environmental graphic concepts for interior and exterior spacesDesign branded environments, wayfinding systems, donor walls, monument signs, and architectural signage packagesCreate presentation-ready renderings and mockups for client approvalEnsure brand integrity across all environmental applications Technical Execution Prepare production-ready artwork and files for fabricationCreate scaled drawings and detailed layouts for permitting and engineeringWork within material constraints, fabrication methods, and installation requirementsUnderstand ADA compliance and wayfinding best practices Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Project Managers, Estimators, Engineers, and Production teamsReview shop drawings for accuracy and design intentAttend internal project kickoff meetingsParticipate in client design presentations when needed Quality & Process Ensure accuracy of dimensions, materials, and finishes before release to productionMaintain organized file systems and version controlSupport continuous improvement in design workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, or related field 3+ years' experience in environmental graphics, signage design, experiential design, or architectural branding Advanced proficiency in: Adobe IllustratorAdobe InDesignAdobe PhotoshopStrong understanding of large-format print production and fabrication processesAbility to interpret architectural drawings and site plans Preferred Qualifications Experience in sign manufacturing or architectural signageFamiliarity with ADA guidelines and code requirementsExperience creating scaled drawingsKnowledge of materials such as acrylic, aluminum, vinyl, LED illumination, and dimensional letters What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience.Opportunities for growth and skill development.Paid time off and paid holidays.Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision and 401k.
