Job Title: Microbiology Data ReviewerJob DescriptionThe Microbiology Data Reviewer is responsible for reviewing microbiological data generated from laboratory testing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with cGMP, company policies, and regulatory requirements. This role supports quality assurance processes by identifying discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of data integrity.Responsibilities Routinely communicate with laboratory staff, Quality Assurance, and other departments regarding data review, corrections, issues, and solutions. Ensure documentation of microbiological experiments and testing is accurate and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to develop and refine procedures that support quality activities and regulatory compliance. Review microbiology data from ongoing testing, spreadsheets, electronic notebooks, and relevant software systems. Essential Skills Data review Microbiology Endotoxin Sterility testing Batch record review Pharmaceutical industry experience Laboratory skills Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, or Biology 2+ years of experience in endotoxin and/or sterility testing 1+ years of experience reviewing micro data in a cGMP-regulated environment (preferred) Familiarity with microbiological techniques such as sterility testing, environmental monitoring, bioburden, and endotoxin testing Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is from 9am to 6pm, with no flexibility on hours.
