Deliver personalized speech therapy, specializing in communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing therapy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and families for integrated care solutions. Provide education and support to patients and families, enabling progress beyond clinical sessions. Engage in occasional inpatient assessments and treatments, maintaining continuity of care for all patients along their treatment journey. Ensure precise documentation and compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Pursue ongoing professional development and engage with peers to enhance your practice. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.
