About Our Client Established more than 40 years ago as a small general contractor, this firm has grown into one of the leading contractors in the DMV region. They specialize in occupied healthcare and commercial interior renovation projects. The company is known for its supportive, inclusive, and familyoriented culture and continues to expand through strong, longstanding client relationships. Much of their work is performed in highly sensitive, occupied environments. They are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in managing occupied healthcare projects. Job Description Oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget. Lead and manage onsite teams, including subcontractors and vendors. Enforce safety policies and ensure adherence to quality standards. Plan and coordinate project schedules, materials, and labor resources. Identify and resolve onsite issues or conflicts efficiently. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Track project progress and provide regular status updates. The Successful Applicant The ideal Superintendent will possess:Demonstrated experience managing construction projects within the Business Services sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate field teams. Indepth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and problemsolving abilities. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. A strong attention to detail to ensure quality control and compliance. What's on Offer Competitive base salary between $110,000 and $140,000. Car allowance included.
