This role is perfect for someone who loves people, enjoys making a difference, and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment. COMPENSATION- $15-$19- Based on shift and experience. All shifts availableCertificates / Registrations Required Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certificate Fulfillment of all federal and state requirements for nursing assistant employment Minimum of 6 months LTC (Long-Term Care) experience preferred Continuing education or experience in gerontology or long-term care is a bonus Current Red Cross CPR/First Aid certification Certification in LTC preferred (or willingness to get it after 2 years of LTC experience) What You'll Be Doing (AKA: How You'll Make Magic Happen) Assist residents with daily care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and more Help residents move safely using proper transfer and mobility techniques Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse Assist during meals and help ensure nutritional needs are met Keep resident areas clean, comfy, and safe Accurately document care following facility guidelines Work closely with licensed nurses and be a vital part of the care team Maintain a positive, compassionate presence on the unit What Makes You a Great Fit You're someone who: Enjoys helping others feel comfortable and cared for Can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Communicates clearly and respectfully Brings patience, kindness, and energy to every shift Works well as part of a supportive team Isn't afraid to jump in and make a difference
