Schedule Night Shift - 3x12.0 hours Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by ensuring the nursing care plan is followed. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees, promoting a safety-first approach in all aspects of patient and employee care. ResponsibilitiesConduct nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission. Provide timely information and status updates for team conferences. Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses according to policy. Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and education for patients and families. Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission. Communicate patient status changes clearly to the healthcare team. Provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel. Ensure personal and environmental safety in compliance with policies. Engage in professional development to enhance skills and competencies. Assist in maintaining communication regarding service needs with management.
