Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, continuous care for individuals and families across all ages, from young children to seniors. Oversee chronic illness management, preventive care, acute health issues, and mental health challenges guided by a patient-first approach. Perform routine physicals, interpret lab results, and craft personalized care plans. Work closely with care coordinators, mental health specialists, and other practitioners to provide integrated care. Engage in quality enhancement initiatives aimed at improving patient experiences and fostering operational excellence. Utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) system to maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation. Provide patient care both in-person and virtually to meet diverse patient preferences. Education Requirements MD or DO possessing a degree from an accredited medical institution. Successful completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. A valid and active medical license in Florida, or eligibility for licensure. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred. Skills and Experience Proven diagnostic and clinical expertise with an emphasis on proactive and preventive health. Experience with value-based care systems and a passion for continuous quality improvement. Outstanding communication, collaborative, and interpersonal abilities.
