Maintenance Mechanic

Description Responsibilities: • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on processing and automation equipment. • Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems. • Assist with installation, calibration, and repair of automated machinery and controls. • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with food safety and safety standards. • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Qualifications: • 3+ years of maintenance or mechanical experience in manufacturing or processing plants. • Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment, conveyors, fillers, and fryer lines. • Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed.
