Education A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications. Certifications Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
