Position Title: OR Nurse ManagerLocation: Hendersonville, TN Position Type: Full-Time (Permanent) Shift: Days (Monday-Friday, approximately 8-hour shifts) Leadership Accountability: 24/7 team accountability (no regular call rotation) Salary Range: $90,900 - $136,200 (based on experience) Relocation Assistance: $10,000 (for candidates residing more than 50 miles from the facility) Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis Facility Overview This role is based at a 150-bed acute care hospital that has been serving its community for over 40 years. The facility is recognized for excellence in surgical and specialty care, including: Accredited Chest Pain Center Certified Primary Stroke Center Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Advanced trauma designation Joint Commission certification in orthopedic joint replacement services Surgical Services Highlights: 10 Operating Rooms (including dedicated OB suites) Multiple robotic surgical systems High-volume Orthopedic, Bariatric, and Vascular procedures Primarily elective surgery with a strong outpatient focus Position Summary The OR Nurse Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for Surgical Services, ensuring safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. This role is responsible for daily operations, staffing, workflow coordination, and clinical quality while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The Manager provides oversight for: Operating Room (OR) Central Sterile Processing Anesthesia Services First Assist Team The position manages approximately 50 direct reports and 4-5 Coordinators and works closely with Surgical Services leadership and peer department managers (e.g., PACU, Endoscopy, Same Day Surgery).
