Need Hands-on experience with Kanban configuration and execution Job Title: Oracle Cloud Kanban Consultant Location: Indiana (Onsite ) Duration: Long Term Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Kanban Consultant to lead the implementation of a demo Kanban solution using Oracle (Cloud or EBS) for a 6-month proof-of-concept (PoC) project. The consultant will work closely with business users, supply chain stakeholders, and technical teams to design, configure, and showcase lean replenishment processes using Oracle's Kanban capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and identify Kanban use cases for manufacturing or inventory replenishment. Configure Oracle Kanban components: pull sequences, supply types, locations, card statuses, and supply triggers. Design and demonstrate Kanban card lifecycle: trigger, supply, fulfill, and consume. Set up Kanban replenishment for internal (inventory/production) and external (supplier) supply types. Support data setup for the demo (items, locations, subinventories, supply sources). Create test scripts and conduct system walkthroughs with business users. Integrate with barcode scanning or mobile supply chain apps (if applicable). Document configuration, process flows, and demo outcomes. Provide knowledge transfer and user training. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud SCM Hands-on experience with Kanban configuration and execution Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and JIT concepts Familiarity with Inventory, Manufacturing, and Purchasing modules Ability to create functional documents, training materials, and demo scripts Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing (Kanban in Fusion) Exposure to mobile or barcode-enabled Kanban execution Knowledge of Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) is a plus Past experience with short-cycle or PoC projects
