a Job DescriptionRole and ResponsibilitiesTimely and accurate entry of accounts payable invoices for multiple locations Payment of accounts payable Reporting and entry of accounts receivable Cash management entries and reporting Bank reconciliations for multiple locations Heavy use of Quickbooks, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Communication with multiple staff at communities via phone, email, etc Light receptionist duties Filing Special projects Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education RequirementsAccounting or business office experience preferred Healthcare experience preferred Preferred SkillsOrganization and strong analytical skills Confident self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands-on approach Good communicator, verbal and written Good people skills with customer service mentality Proficient at Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks and/or accounting software
