The Application Development & Maintenance team is responsible for configuring, coding, and sustaining our software systems. We work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, adhering to established processes and engineering best practices. Our goal is to develop and enhance applications, systems, databases, and websites to meet internal needs and customer-facing requirements. We partner closely with business leaders to assess user needs and continuously improve our software offerings. The NPHS IT team provides cutting-edge technology solutions for the Nuclear & Precision Health Solutions business unit of Cardinal Health. With over 150 locations across the U.S., our business unit is pivotal in the manufacture and dispensing of critical pharmaceuticals used for diagnostic and therapeutic applications. We operate in an agile environment with a product-focused approach, supported by dedicated business product owners and a diverse team. Your Role and Responsibilities Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience to tackle a variety of complex tasks and projects. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance our operations. Lead complex projects with a significant scope, delivering innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals. Provide technical solutions to challenging problems, ensuring consistency with our strategic objectives. Work independently with general guidance on new initiatives and mentor less experienced team members. Primary Responsibilities Collaborate closely with business product owners and Cardinal Health IT teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend systems. Ensure seamless integration and delivery of technology solutions. Gain an in-depth understanding of NPHS business processes to build comprehensive and effective solutions. Maintain system stability and implement beneficial new technologies. Engage in special projects that align with our strategic business priorities. Qualifications 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience preferred. Salary Information: Anticipated salary range is $93,500 - $135,600.
