BENEFITS: 1.25% Performance Bonus potentialPerformance bonus based on the project profitability Benefits to include Medical, Vision, Dental Life Insurance Voluntary Life and Accident Insurance Technology package to include cell phone + service and laptop/iPad 401K at 7% 15 Days PTO 12 Flex Days 10 Paid Holidays PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Report directly to Superintendent over your project Basic understanding of plans and specs Walk project site regularly to observe construction and assess productivity levels Assist Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent with project responsibilities Project start up and mobilization Drafting RFI's Posting of drawings As-Builts Scheduling Organizing & directing Subcontractors Maintain a clean and safe work environment Light carpentry Quality Control Organization of files, plans & shop drawings Support punch list completion Follow and enforce all safety guidelines Assist in O.A.C. Meetings as directed Other tasks as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPECTATIONS: Team Player Learn and Grow Teachable Positive Attitude Professional in appearance and organization Minimum 20 hours of Continued Education (annually) Internal and external customer service EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 1-3 Years working in the construction field with trade knowledge High School Diploma 18 Years of Age CERTIFICATIONS: OSHA 30 First Aid CPR & AED
