Specialty/Competency: Financial Due Diligence Industry/Sector: Not Applicable Time Type: Full time Travel Requirements: Up to 60% At PwC, our Deals team is dedicated to offering strategic guidance and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. We assist clients in navigating complex transactions to maximize value in their business deals. As a part of our Financial Due Diligence team at PwC, you will deliver strategic insights and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be charged with analyzing financial information, focusing on the quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other crucial client deal concerns. In this role, you will enhance your leadership abilities and inspire others to deliver high-quality results. You'll be responsible for coaching and managing team performance while leveraging unique strengths to ensure client satisfaction. Your growing knowledge of business dynamics will enable you to identify key opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Leading with integrity and authenticity, you will articulate our purpose and values in a meaningful manner, embracing technology and innovation to improve service delivery. Responsibilities: Manage client service accounts and lead engagement workstreams. Supervise, develop, and coach teams to ensure exceptional deliverables. Leverage the strengths of team members to meet client objectives. Encourage effective communication between technical teams and business partners. Guide client engagement efforts and ensure project success. Promote a culture of trust, accountability, and high standards. Proactively address and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree 5 years of relevant experience Active CPA, Chartered Accountant, MBA from an accredited university, or CFA credential.
