Team-oriented and supportive workplace Job stability and a commitment to your professional development Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) Employer-sponsored short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401k plan with generous matching contributions Training initiatives to enhance your skills and career opportunities Incentives for night shifts Paid time off and holidays Weekly payroll Paid travel, accommodations, and a daily per diem Employee referral bonus program Company vehicle and cell phone provided Additional outstanding benefits Your Responsibilities: Assist Project Manager in planning and organizing assigned projects Review bid documents and assess site conditions to determine project scope Identify potential risks and ensure compliance with project specifications Establish objectives and performance standards to meet contract requirements Lead and manage a team of electricians, assigning daily tasks and providing necessary materials Oversee labor hours, materials procurement, scheduling, and daily production reports Conduct safety meetings and enforce PPE compliance Run conduit/wire and install/terminate electrical devices Troubleshoot issues and perform quality control assessments Facilitate pre-bid surveys, project meetings, progress walks, and project turnovers Qualifications: Over 10 years of experience as a commercial electrician At least 3 years in a Foreman role managing substantial electrical projects Solid understanding of various electrical installations, including: Distribution systems Lighting and control systems HVAC equipment and motor connections Conduit and wiring Branch devices Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks effectively Familiar with company systems for report creation and job documentation Experience with ProCore for daily reporting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Willingness to travel extensively (90% travel), including nights, weekends, and overtime Rogers is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
