Prepare your vehicle for delivery, familiarize yourself with the delivery area, check orders for accuracy, and follow best practices for delivering pizza safely and on time. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging positively with customers and working with a sense of urgency. You may also help in other areas of the restaurant, including food preparation and taking orders when needed. Collaborate effectively with your team; arrive on time for your shift and support others throughout their duties. Uphold uniform and appearance standards to enhance the company's image and help foster an enjoyable work atmosphere. Handle order paperwork and payment transactions accurately, adhere to cash management protocols, and utilize the PROFIT System. Contribute to sales by suggesting additional items when taking orders and distributing promotional materials during shifts. Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe while complying with all safety and security standards. Position Requirements. High School diploma or GED is preferred. Physical Requirements. The role requires the team member to use their hands repetitively, stand for extended periods, walk, and occasionally lift and move items up to 50 pounds, with the possibility of lifting more at times. You should also be prepared for various physical activities such as bending, reaching, and maintaining a consistent pace. Work Environment. Expect to work outdoors in varying temperatures and in a lively environment. You'll navigate among moving parts and may come into contact with various materials. Additional Information Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and a satisfactory vehicle are required. Must be available for long hours, including evenings and weekends. Willingness to be cross-trained in other restaurant functions is essential. Bilingual abilities may be beneficial in certain markets. This is a non-exempt, hourly position.
