Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our healthcare team at our senior living community. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Please note, this may change throughout employment as needed with notice.Primary Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or registered nurseMonitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulseAssist with patient assessments and care plansProvide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feedingAssist with diagnostic tests and proceduresDocument patient care and progress in medical recordsCommunicate with patients and their families about care plans and progressCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Qualifications, skills, and abilities: Active LPN license valid in the State position is located.Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPNExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksBasic computer skillsAbility to treat residents, families and team members with respect and compassion.
