What You'll Do As a valued Respiratory Therapist, you will: Deliver therapeutic and rehabilitative care for patients with cardiopulmonary challenges. Partner with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create personalized care plans. Mentor and guide team members, students, and new hires in respiratory care practices. Take charge as a leader when needed, serving as a preceptor or in-charge therapist. Your Schedule Choose between day or night shifts, working 12-hour schedules that offer flexibility and balance. Requirements What We're Looking For We're seeking passionate and skilled professionals who meet the following requirements: Experience: At least 1 year as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Education & Certification: Graduate of an AMA/CoARC approved Respiratory Care program. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license. Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
