Your Role as a Speech Language Therapist Your meaningful journey includes: Evaluating, assessing, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identifying issues and adjusting therapy treatments as necessary. Documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment. Celebrating patient successes along their journey. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire. Preferred Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
