This is an opportunity to lead a crew, showcase your expertise, and work on high profile projects.Key ResponsibilitiesApply spray foam insulation in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring quality and consistency.Lead, mentor, and direct crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards.Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to plan and execute daily tasks.Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to building codes and safety regulations.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while following OSHA and company safety protocols.Communicate effectively with project managers, and crew members to ensure smooth project flow and problem resolution.Working ConditionsWork in a variety of environments, including outdoor and indoor job sites.Perform tasks at heights, including ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms.Navigate tight or confined spaces such as crawl spaces and mechanical rooms.Lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.QualificationsRequired:Minimum of 2 years of experience in spray foam or insulation installation.Proven leadership ability in a construction or technical role.Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments, including heights and confined spaces.Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Valid driver’s license.Preferred:Extensive experience with spray foam systems and equipment.Knowledge of commercial and residential construction practices.Prior lead or supervisory experience in insulation or construction.At Insul-Maxx you’re more than an employee; you’re part of a family!
