In the role of Shift Leader, you will play a crucial part in mentoring staff and fostering teamwork. If you are a natural leader, we want to hear from you! Your Responsibilities Will Include: Handling cash transactions, including preparing tills and managing change funds. Interacting with customers and ensuring an exceptional customer experience during events. Overseeing cashier operations to confirm adherence to cash handling procedures and effective selling techniques. Ensuring track staff operate races safely and efficiently. Supervising mechanics to keep our karts in excellent working condition. Enforcing company policies and delivering outstanding customer service across the team. Ordering and purchasing supplies for operations, concessions, and retail. Completing operational paperwork, including safety reports, payroll processing, and facility management. Assisting in scheduling and employee communications. Providing regular updates and reports to management. Maintaining the operational efficiency of the facility. Upholding high standards of facility cleanliness and appearance, including storage areas and parking lots. Coordinating with your manager and regional manager to ensure prompt facility maintenance. Requirements: Able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects regularly. Previous supervisory experience is required, preferably in restaurants, entertainment, hospitality, bowling alleys, amusement parks, or miniature golf. Exceptional customer service skills are a must; availability to work weekends and evenings is required. A background check will be necessary prior to employment.
