Civil Project Manager (Hybrid - Texas)Location: Texas (Hybrid - minimum 2 days/16 hours in office per week after initial 90-day training period)Compensation: Starting at $130,000+, based on experienceAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and utility projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams and public sector clients. This is a key role for a motivated, technically strong, and people-focused professional who excels at driving results while supporting a culture of quality, accountability, and partnership.What You'll Do Manage utility and municipal public works projects from planning through deliveryLead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and design teamsServe as the primary point of contact for public sector clients and stakeholdersOversee project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and contract requirementsPrepare and review engineering designs, plans, and specifications using Civil 3DMentor junior engineering staff and contribute to talent developmentSupport proposal development and business development effortsEnsure compliance with regulatory standards, permitting, and best practices Required Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas, or ability to obtain within 3 months4+ years of project management experience in utilities or municipal public worksProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3DStrong leadership, client communication, and team management skillsHighly organized and effective at prioritizing multiple active projectsA proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong decision-making ability Sample Project TypesYou will have exposure to diverse, high-impact infrastructure work including: Water & wastewater systemsStormwater modeling & drainageRoadway, trail, and sidewalk projectsUtility relocations and coordinationMajor public infrastructure and mobility initiatives Recent project examples include expressway utility relocations, downtown streetscapes and trail systems, multimodal transit corridor stormwater improvements, wastewater interceptor systems, and multi-phase citywide sidewalk projects.Why You'll Love This Role Hybrid schedule after onboardingComprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans401(k) with employer matchPaid holidays & generous PTOEmployee wellness incentives & gym benefitsProfessional development, leadership training & coachingCollaborative culture with team-focused events & engagement activities Please send your resume to for consideration.
