Join our team as a Regional Reefer Truck Driver and enjoy competitive earnings of $1200-$1490+ weekly! Please read the complete ad for more details. TWIC CARD REQUIRED: Our carrier will assist you in obtaining this card and will cover all related costs. HAZMAT NOT REQUIRED. We are a major carrier with a nationwide fleet offering W2 benefits, paid vacations, and allowing riders and dogs! Important: No SAP drivers, urine drug screening is mandatory. Must possess a valid CDL. Experienced drivers can average between $1,391 and $1,492 weekly, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus! This bonus is distributed as $300 per month over 10 months. Home Time: 7-10 days out, with 1 day off for every 6 days worked. Solo SW Regional: Deliver to TX, OK, LA, AR, MO, IN, IA, NE, IL, KS, CO, OH, and NM. 50% drop and hook, 100% no-touch freight. Experience Requirements: 1 year of verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years. 6 months experience in the last year is acceptable if it includes completion of a driving program of at least 120 hours (certificate of completion required). MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD and have held a valid US driver's license for the past 12 consecutive months. Pay Structure: Starting pay is $0.50 CPM for all loaded and empty dispatched miles. Increments up to $0.56 CPM based on experience: 6 months: $0.51 CPM 12 months: $0.52 CPM 2 years: $0.53 CPM 3 years: $0.54 CPM 5 years: $0.55 CPM 7 years: $0.56 CPM Additional Pay: Detention pay: $10.00 per hour after the first 2 hours (up to $100 in 24 hours). Layover pay: $50.00 after 24 hours. Hazmat pay: $50.00 for every placarded load. Vacation Info: After one year of service, drivers are eligible for 15 days of paid vacation. Equipment: Drive late-model Kenworth T-680s, equipped with APUs, refrigerators, Bluetooth, double bunks, and 2500 Watt inverters. Salary and miles per week: Regional: 2200-2400 miles per week, 10-14 days out. OTR: 2600-2800 miles per week, 3-4 weeks out. 1 day off for every 6 days out, maximum of 4 days off.
