Key responsibilities include supervising team members, managing scheduling, completing performance evaluations, conducting chart reviews, and modeling exemplary professional behavior. In collaboration with the Program Manager, the Clinical Supervisor will support the development and implementation of policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives. This role also involves facilitating ongoing, site-based in-service trainings focused on evidence-based practices used within the center. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention strategies, and effective community collaboration. Flexibility is essential, as the position may require coverage across all operational hours (M-F, 8:30 am - 7:30 pm) however shift will not exceed 40 hours per week.
