Come and join our welcoming and inclusive team at Invited! Position Overview As an Outdoor Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our front-of-house team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with food and beverage service, ensuring that our members and guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. This position is essential for upholding our high service standards and operational efficiency. Reporting Structure Reports to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages to members and guests promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting up tables and restocking supplies. Learn basic details about the à la carte menu and daily specials to assist guests and answer their questions. Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. Handle Member and Guest requests and complaints, escalating issues as necessary. Complete side work, such as cleaning and organizing work areas in accordance with club standards. Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines diligently. Assist with special events and large parties as assigned by management. Additional Responsibilities Help colleagues as needed, adapting to the dynamic nature of club operations. Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures. Maintain a professional demeanor and commitment to excellence in interactions with members and staff. Promote safe working practices and compliance with safety guidelines. Take initiative for personal and professional growth and maintain any role-specific certifications. Resolve challenges effectively using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams as needed. Attend daily briefings to stay updated and engaged with your team. Wear a clean, neat uniform that aligns with club standards. Your Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in Food and Beverage service is a plus. Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by local regulations. Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program. Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate clearly. Ability to follow directions and communicate well with team members. Physical Requirements Capable of standing, walking, and engaging in physical activities for extended periods. Ability to work in various temperatures and environments. Capable of climbing, squatting, kneeling, and reaching as needed. Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs occasionally. Effective communication skills, including audible speech and good visual acuity.
