Each physician at Edina Plastic Surgery is board-certified with decades of practice experience.Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join a well-established, patient-focused practice in Edina, MN. This role offers the opportunity to perform a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures in a modern, well-equipped surgical environment while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, patient safety, and delivering high-quality aesthetic outcomes.Position Details Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours per week Hours: Monday-Friday Call: Shared call coverage on a scheduled rotation Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic and surgical centerKey Responsibilities Perform cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures, including:o Facial procedures (facelifts, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, etc.)o Breast procedures (augmentation, reduction, reconstruction)o Body contouring procedures (liposuction, abdominoplasty, body lifts)o Non-surgical aesthetic treatments, as applicable Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with surgeons, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational policiesQualifications MD degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery Active or eligible Minnesota medical licenseCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary with production-based incentive opportunities Comprehensive benefits package, including:o Health insuranceo Malpractice insuranceo Paid time off (PTO)o 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Continuing Medical Education (CME) and professional development support Access to modern, fully equipped surgical facilities About AAS Locum TenensAAS Locum Tenens was founded by healthcare leaders who understand your career needs, guaranteeing the highest level of service and commitment.
