Responsibilities Position based in a hospital nuclear medicine department Adult patient population Procedures performed include gastric emptying studies, HIDA scan, MUGA scan, PET scan, 3-phase bone scan, limited and whole body imaging, and liver scan for hemangioma Uses Siemens nuclear medicine equipment Day shifts, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Weekend and daily call required after 5:00 PM First-time travelers are accepted Care for adult patients in a collaborative hospital setting Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted Requirements Active BLS, ARRT(N), and NMTCB certifications Minimum of 1 year nuclear medicine technologist experience Experience operating Siemens nuclear medicine systems Must be proficient in nuclear medicine studies including PET scan and cardiac imaging License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-658697.
