This role requires a strong multi-trade background and the ability to perform in structured, production-driven environments.Core Trade Expertise:Carpentry & structural repairsDrywall, painting, flooringKitchen & bath reconstructionWorking knowledge of plumbing & electricalRestoration/insurance experience preferredKey Responsibilities:Perform demolition, repairs, and reconstruction per approved scopesMaintain job-site safety, quality, and professionalismSupport emergency response and mitigation when neededParticipate in on-call rotation and storm deploymentSafely operate company vehicles and equipmentRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years residential/commercial remodeling experienceStrong knowledge of building methods & codesValid driver’s license with clean recordAbility to lift 75–100 lbs and work in demanding environmentsHigh school diploma/GEDBackground check requiredAbout Showalter Construction & Restoration:Founded in 2005, SCR is a veteran-owned restoration and reconstruction firm serving the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
