Our client is expanding and seeking skilled Restoration Loss & Claims Specialists to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial claims. Position Overview The Restoration Loss & Claims Specialist manages the full lifecycle of property damage claims, from initial loss intake to final settlement. You will work directly with policyholders, insurance adjusters, and internal restoration teams to ensure accurate scopes, timely communication, and exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone with experience in restoration, insurance claims, construction estimating, or mitigation services. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, adjusters, and restoration teams Manage all aspects of restoration claims, including documentation, estimates, supplements, and approvals Review and interpret insurance estimates, scopes of work, and carrier guidelines Identify missing or underpaid line items and prepare supplements when needed Coordinate with project managers to ensure scopes align with restoration standards and local codes Maintain accurate claim files, notes, and documentation in CRM/claims systems Track claim progress, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely resolution Provide empathetic, professional customer service to clients experiencing property loss Support managed repair programs and carrier partnerships Required Qualifications Experience in restoration, insurance claims, construction, or mitigation Working knowledge of Xactimate or similar estimating software Strong understanding of insurance claim processes and terminology Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Proficiency with CRM or claims management platforms Preferred Qualifications Experience with water, fire, mold, or storm restoration Prior work with insurance carriers or TPAs IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT) a plus Boca Raton, FL 3264 15127 Jog Road Suite 212 Delray Beach, FL 33446
