Mammography Technologist - Full Time Day Shift | Mon-Fri New Grads encouraged to apply Up-to $10,000 Sign-On MLR is partnering with a breast care center in the District of Columbia to find a dedicated Mammography Technologist to join their team. Qualifications for a Mammography Technician: Associate degree or higher in radiologic technology or a related field. Current certification in mammography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent. State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a radiologic technologist in Washington, DC. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Responsibilities for a Mammography Technician: Position patients for mammography procedures, ensuring proper alignment for accurate imaging. Operate mammography equipment to obtain high-quality images of breast tissue. Work closely with radiologists to ensure precise interpretation of mammogram images.
