Filling / Packaging Operator (DIRECT HIRE)

Pay Rate/Range: $17/hr Description: A local manufacturer of industrial grease is looking to add Filling Operators to their growing team! The Filling Operator is responsible for filling and packaging finished goods according to work orders. The position follows procedures and practices to ensure production is safe, efficient, and accurate. Working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, you will be walking, standing, bending, reaching, and engaging in movement throughout the day, and occasionally to frequently be required to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. The position also involves rolling full 55-gallon drums of product. Job Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Manufacturing experience is preferred, along with at least two years of forklift experience.
