LCSW

An ABA company is seeking a hands-on Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide direct clinical support to clients and families. This role requires a minimum of 4 hours per day and offers the opportunity to grow into a supervisory position as the program expands. The ideal candidate enjoys direct client interaction, is clinically strong, and is interested in leadership and team development over time. The LCSW will deliver direct clinical services, support clients and families through ongoing care, and collaborate with ABA clinical teams. This role begins as a hands-on position and will evolve to include supervision and leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities: Provide direct clinical services, counseling, and support to clients and families. Collaborate with ABA clinicians to support treatment planning and continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all requirements. Participate in the development and supervision of clinical staff as the role grows. Skills: Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team. Leadership potential and interest in supervising clinicians. Requirements: Active LCSW license in the state of NY. Experience in behavioral health, ABA, or related clinical settings preferred.
