Your Impact: As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our operational efficiency. You'll: Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions and operating issues. Perform preventative and proactive maintenance on CNC lathes, machining centers, Fanuc robots, testing equipment, assembly equipment, parts washers, lasers, and other automated systems. Troubleshoot complex mechanical and minor electrical problems. Replace motors, switches, and fuses. Support advanced machine repairs by adjusting and rebuilding equipment. Perform equipment inspections. What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance or a related field. Proven ability to rebuild machinery. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and interpreting complex drawings. Knowledge of shop math, basic algebra, and geometry. Familiarity with Fanuc robots and other automation systems is a plus. Preferred training in Forklift Safety, General Safety, Lock-Out Tag-Out, HAZCOM, Quality, System Awareness, and Arc Flash.
